ADHD Services Calgary

Individual sessions last an hour and are $92 per session. We recommend four sessions ($350).

We will go through your history and present challenges, dive into common challenges with both childhood and adult ADHD, along with providing tools for navigating ADHD

Stimulation Techniques

Our primary interest is in stimulation techniques. We guide clients through a variety of exercises and techniques, as well as guided interactions in natural spaces designed to engage a wide variety of brain functions and structures involved in ADHD.

Sessions include a mix of one-on-one counseling sessions along with active sessions in natural settings around Calgary. Safety is a top priority, we stick to non-secluded areas and encourage clients to bring a friend, partner or family member.

Our sessions are informed by research into the cognitive benefits of interacting with natural spaces along with a wide variety or research around ADHD. Areas of the brain implicated in ADHD and attention are also involved in helping us process and move through space, and natural areas provide a perfect environment for stimulation.

These activities are guided by the Posner model of attention, and will focus on specific functions of attention and their relationships to ADHD.
